Adolescents

Middle and High School can be a difficult transition period both socially and academically. But it can also be a fantastic period of life filled with lifelong memories as well as an opportunity to develop skills to which carry over into adulthood. Through therapy, adolescents can learn the skills and tools they need to thrive.

Kids

Kids experience a variety of stressors including sibling conflict, over-use of screens, and difficulty managing their emotions. Through therapy, kids can gain a better understanding of their emotions and how to effectively regulate themselves and resolve conflicts.

Parenting

Parenting therapy can help you better understand your child and learn ways to manage their behavior. Parenting therapy involves learning effective interventions and strategies in order to foster a positive and healthy relationship with your child.

co-parenting

Co-parenting therapy can help you and your co-parent be able to develop an effective and productive parenting relationship. Through therapy, you will learn how to effectively communicate and collaborate with one another to support your child.

Adults

Growth does not stop at adulthood. As adults, we all experience our ups and down. We face issues such as stress from work, relationships, and major life decisions (among many others). Through therapy, we can work to resolve issues from the past, current issues we are struggling with, and work toward a brighter future.

Family

Family therapy can help your family develop effective communication and interactional patterns in order to reduce family conflict. It will also help to develop appropriate boundaries between family members so that everyone is able to have their needs met, yet also have the space to develop as individuals.
