it’s okay to not be okay

You don’t have to do this alone. I am here to help.

Whether you’re looking for support for your child, or looking for support for yourself, you’re in the right place.

If you are having difficulty at work, school, home, or socially, I can help you develop the skills to thrive in those important areas of your life. If you are struggling with depression, I can help you work through your feelings to develop meaning and fulfillment.  If you are experiencing anxiety, I can help you find the sources, provide strategies to help you cope, and successfully navigate your stressors. If you are having trouble co-parenting, I can help you navigate conflict and provide skills so that you and your co-parent can work together to meet your child’s needs. If you are looking to improve your parenting skills, I can provide you with tools to improve your child’s behavior as well as strengthen your attachment bond.

I utilize an integrative approach, pulling from several evidence based treatment modalities. Therapy is not one size fits all, which is why it is important to me to meet my clients where they're at and implement the techniques that will most benefit them.

Life is a journey, and sometimes that journey can be difficult. I'm here to help you navigate life's ups and downs. It's important that you choose a therapist who is right for you. If you feel I'm that therapist, please reach out. Seeking help is the first step in healing.

Welcome

My Approach

I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. No matter where you’re at in life, I want to meet you where you are. I believe therapy should be a partnership, where we work together to address the issues that are most important to you. My approach is tailored to each individual or family, combining evidence-based strategies with real-life applications.
